CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT:

We offer contract employment in the following areas:

  • We supply contract Medical Representatives and other staff whom we pay monthly, from the EL&A payroll system.  This service assists clients wanting to increase their headcount without the full extra overhead of paying all benefits.
  • In 2009, we introduced a new and improved and more cost effective system.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES:

As an added service we provide our clients with updates on Labour Relation issues that are mailed to managers throughout the industry to help them keep abreast of latest developments.

  •  Salary surveys are conducted and supplied.
  • We provide lists of possible competencies, for perusal by the client to assist with designing job specifications.
  • We also provide lists of possible questions in order to assist those clients who would like to structure standard interviews.
  • Our consultants advise HR and line managers of any changes in the field and of potential candidates’ perceptions and needs.
  • We are able to source and provide any type of assessment available in South Africa to assist our clients in reaching an optimum fit between candidate and organization at an additional charge to the client.
