Senior advisor to the Leadership and cross functional teams on all matters related to Ethics & Compliance
Lead and manage critical Ethics & Compliance activities that are integral to the development, implementation and execution of LOC’s healthcare compliance program in line with Global, Regional and Business Area Ethics & Compliance Strategy
Be an essential business partner for the cross functional brand teams, providing guidance in line with approved SOP’s and putting ethical behaviour at the core of every activity with our the company’s Values as foundation and foster ethical mindset and values-based decision making
Accountable for risk assessment and due diligence for all Patient Access Programmes (PAP’s) and Patient Support Programmes (PSP’s) or any related reimbursement/ patient support programs.
Accountable for risk assessment and due diligence of Third-Party Management, PAPs, PSPs or any other programs.
Participate in local Pharmaceutical Industry Compliance work groups to add input, gather and disseminate trends in applicable laws & regulations and healthcare best practice standards
Maintain in-depth knowledge for regulatory environments concerning events & HCP regulations (e.g. CNOM approval; DMOS);
Perform local investigations as required and leads the preparation and process for local audits.
Follow-up on matters reported through the hotline or through other mechanism were required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree, relevant advanced degree is preferred
7-10 years of proven experience in healthcare and healthcare compliance
Valid South African Driver’s license for motor vehicle.
Own vehicle that can be used for business.
Demonstrates strategic enterprise thinking to find innovative ways to serve patients, and build trust, reputation and business

Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business and effective negotiating skills are essential
