Job Information

A leading Bioscience Laboratory Equipment, reagents and consumables company has an opening for a Customer Service Specialist with Export experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing key client liaison and sales order administration role in order to support export sales.

Works in close co-operation with Procurement, Warehouse and Product Management functions.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Matric with mathematics and science
  • Tertiary administrative qualification – preferably imports and exports focused
  • Minimum three (3) years’ – track record of customer service orientation- specifically with international customers
  • Previous experience in handling export shipments into Africa, preferably in a medical diagnostic/laboratory supplier environment
  • Proficient in ERP/CRM system- preferably SAP B1
