Ref 6722. Our client, a Pharmaceutical company based in Centurion, needs a Marketing Assistant to provide efficient and value added secretarial and administrative support to the relevant department.
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative function, preferably in a sales and marketing role.
- A relevant Diploma is preferred, but not essential.
- At least 2 years in a related role.
- Marketing assistance at a Pharmaceutical company will be an advantage.
- Must have good knowledge of general administrative processes, as well as a good understanding of organisational processes and practices.
- Excellent planning, organising, coordinating and prioritising abilities – must be able to cope with a variety of tasks, reporting to several senior staff members.
- Superior telephone etiquette along with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good people and networking skills; good time management and strong computer literacy – especially in Microsoft applications.
