Our client in the dental field has an opening for a Telesales Specialist to develop sales potential by contacting existing and new customers in order to secure sales of specified products and maintenance agreements. The successful candidate will also ensure all leads are followed up and actioned, as well as ensure that marketing opportunities are communicated to the relevant personnel. The Telesales Specialist needs to work closely with Territory Sales Representatives in order to grow the market.
Qualifications and requirements for the role:
Commercial sales/telesales experience is essential along with proven sales and customer service success and a proven sales track record, combined with the ability to bring techniques and passion for best practices in this field.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment as well as the ability to apply professional selling skills to sales calls.
Candidates must be professional and have a proven ability to build relationships with customers.
Enthusiasm, efficiency, excellent organisation skills as well as a desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus.
